You can also buy a highlighter, open the bottom of it, and squeeze out its delicious highlighter-juice. I’m pretty sure that’s fluorescein.
Try to imagine what on earth this dude is talking about…I dare ya. Actually, he’s describing a way of getting one’s mitts on a flourescent dye suitable for use in a laser water fountain. I guess we all need a hobby.
